Generally more a defensive nature, but I'm aiming a bit more aggressively this round, basic structure of quicker growth then fleshing out the military from there.

Another high pop player, which helps as far as PR is concerned, and someone ready to get bloody when the time for some fighting comes.

I know Davin IRL. We were also both in NSR last round, all the way to the end.
